Yarrow

from $19.00

Yarrow is women’s and first-aid ally with a long documented history of use. Yarrow is distinctly pungent, bitter, astringent, inflammation-modulating, and wound healing.

This plant has a strong affinity with blood and the circulatory system - able to stop bleeding both internally and externally, and stimulate both peripheral and deep vasculature. Yarrow can stop eternal bleeding very quickly such as with injury, puncture, scrapes and birth tears. When taking orally, yarrow can slow and stop internal bleeding from ulcers or inflammatory digestive diseases, and uterine bleeding in the event of menorrhagia, postpartum, or post uterine procedure.

In the event of a fever that feels start/stop and won’t break, dilute yarrow tincture in hot water and drink through out the day to induce sweating.

Yarrow is strongly antiseptic and stimulates wound healing. In the case of bleeding gums, oral procedure, or tooth extraction, dilute yarrow tincture in a little warm water and swish several times per day.

Yarrow extract is extremely effective for kinds of infections from cold and flu, to respiratory infection with fever, to UTIs and infectious vaginal discharge.

Its astringent and tonfying properties reach the pelvic level and support vulvar varicosities, hemorrhoids, prolapse, incontinence due to cystocele. For hemorrhoids this remedy is an excellent internal remedy adjunct to whatever external remedy you are using.
