womb continuum care
whole-body manual therapy in service to women's pelvic health
bodywork for women by women
Womb Continuum Care is whole-body tending in service to your feminine physiology. It is informed by the reality that you inherently carry the blueprint for vitality and coherence. This work’s purpose is to reorganize your body back into your God-given, original alignment.
Receive anatomy-specific, nervous system-aware manual therapy with deep attunement to the unique layers that make up your body. This approach combines structural integration drawn from Ida Rolf’s method with deep abdominal care, uterine work, and intra-pelvic care.
This work is for you if you are ready to commit to your body’s capacity for transformation.
This change is informed by hands-on care and deepened through your own personal tending outside our time together.

How you are tended to in the first 40 days, determines the next 40 years.
Be witnessed and supported in your journey into motherhood. Postpartum care may include a combination of abdominal bodywork, uterine moxa, abhyanga, Mexican postpartum massage, herbal bath, gentle belly binding, and a final closing of the bones.
In-home postpartum bodywork is exclusive to the first 5 weeks postpartum and is for those who live in Powell River. Sessions are scheduled for 3 hours to allow for integrated nursing and baby tending. This care supports recovery from vaginal and cesarean birth, and emphasizes abdominal integrity, circulation, and warmth. This hands-on care prevents longterm pelvic health concerns including diastasis recti, prolapse, incontinence, and pelvic pain.

It is my deepest desire that our time together be as effective, embodied, and transformational as possible.
Therefore, I require sobriety, which includes the use of cigarettes, vapes, psychedelics, stimulants, antipsychotics, and anti-depressants.
I only work with those who eat a variety of animal-based foods, including meat. I do not work with those who eat a vegetarian or vegan diet.
Additionally, I do not work with those who have an IUD in place, use hormonal contraception, have implants or use botox.

I am in the Westview area of Powell River. My address is included with your booking confirmation. My space is in the detached garage, with the door facing the back alley. Please park in the back, with access from the back alley and arrive no more than 5 minutes prior to your appointment.

Our work together will only be as effective as the care and attention you give your body in your everyday life. Non-negotiables for effective body-changing work are 8+ hours of sleep, daily movement, eating regular meals including animal meats.
Daily abdominal castor oil packing supports the process of softening adhesions and grants us easier access to deeper tissue layers.
On the day of your session, have clean skin, including your face, free from moisturizers, oils, and makeup. You do not need to wear any clothing during your session, or you may choose to wear a loose tank top (no bra) and comfortable underwear.
If you have a belly button piercing, it must be removed and stay removed for the duration of your womb continuum care. Remove any K-tape prior to your session.
If you use cortisone, medicated, or hormonal topical creams, please do not apply them within 24 hours of your session.
It is recommended to avoid other forms of strong, manipulative bodywork, including care from an RMT, while receiving a series of womb continuum care sessions.
-
After your initial session, I recommend booking a series of sessions to commit to the long haul of changing your body. For example 3-5 sessions paced once every 1-2 weeks.
-
No. The intention of womb continuum care is to create lasting change through specialized manual therapy and your personal commitment to transformation outside of our time together. Every session builds on the previous and the intention is to access deeper layers over time, which often requires repetition of technique and consistency.
This work is less about symptom relief and relaxation, and more about changing your body’s structure, prioritizing your anatomy layer by layer, deep tending, presence, embodiment, and self-responsibility.
-
I do not do any pelvic care during a first session. This work must be paced to build trust and true consent in the body. Intra-pelvic care is offered at minimum after your first session, if not after many sessions.
For most pelvic concerns, it is paramount to address external structures, blood flow, and lifting of the abdominal organs and uterus prior to any intra-pelvic work.
Pelvic care includes vulva, groin, intra-vaginal, and anal work.
-
Yes. I recommend investing in bodywork during your preconception phase for several months while actively trying NOT to conceive, especially if you’ve just stopped hormonal or long-acting contraception.
However, if you are actively trying to conceive please schedule your sessions prior to ovulation, and avoid sessions between ovulation and potential pregnancy.
-
Pregnancy: I do not work with those who are in any stage of their first trimester. You may schedule yourself back into care starting around 20 weeks.
Vaginal birth: Immediately. Consider a series of First 40 Days tending.
Cesarean Section: Wait at least 10-12 weeks, unless receiving in-home First 40 Days Care.
-
Yes. You may book into care once you have a confirmed miscarriage by ultrasound or immediately following oral medication.
Please wait 2-4 weeks following a D+C.
