Wave Medicines was born out of midwifery and motherhood and desiring the knowledge and tools to serve my client’s and my children’s wellbeing more usefully - to have remedies on-hand for early symptoms, illness recovery, and ongoing vitality.

My medicine making methods combine scientific evidence, European traditions, and vitalist herbalism extraction and formulating strategies.

Store out of direct sunlight but somewhere visible so you are reminded to take them regularly
Get 1 dropper full by doing 2 squishes of the dropper top!
Shake well before use as tincures are not ultra-filtered and plant sediment, latex, inulin, and polysaccharides can build up on the bottle and in the pipette
If using a plant for the first time, start with drop dosage
After use, keep some tincture in the pipette for preservation
