It is my deepest desire that our time together be as effective, embodied, and transformational as possible.
Therefore, I require sobriety, which includes the use of cigarettes, vapes, psychedelics, stimulants, antipsychotics, and anti-depressants.
I only work with those who eat a variety of animal-based foods, including meat. I do not work with those who eat a vegetarian or vegan diet.
Additionally, I do not work with those who have an IUD in place, use hormonal contraception, have implants or use botox.

I am in the Westview area of Powell River at 4069 Gordon Ave. Please park at the back. My space is in the detached garage, with the front door facing the back alley. Please arrive no more than 5 minutes prior to your appointment.

Our work together will only be as effective as the care and attention you give your body in your everyday life. Non-negotiables for effective body-changing work are 8+ hours of sleep, daily movement, eating regular meals including animal meats.
Daily abdominal castor oil packing supports the process of softening adhesions and grants us easier access to deeper tissue layers.
On the day of your session, have clean skin, including your face, free from moisturizers, oils, and makeup. You do not need to wear any clothing during your session, or you may choose to wear a loose tank top (no bra) and comfortable underwear.
If you have a belly button piercing, it must be removed and stay removed for the duration of your womb continuum care. Remove any K-tape prior to your session.
If you use cortisone, medicated, or hormonal topical creams, please do not apply them within 48 hours of your session.
It is recommended to avoid other forms of manipulative bodywork while receiving a series of womb continuum care sessions.
-
After your initial session, I recommend booking a series of sessions to commit to the long haul of changing your body. For example 3-10 sessions paced weekly or bi-weekly.
-
No. The intention of womb continuum care is to create lasting change through specialized manual therapy and your personal commitment to transformation outside of our time together. Every session builds on the previous and the intention is to access deeper layers over time, which often requires repetition and consistency.
This work is less about symptom relief and more about changing your body’s structure, prioritizing your anatomy layer by layer, deep tending, presence, embodiment, and self-responsibility.
-
Yes. Pelvic care includes vulva, groin, intra-vaginal, and anal work.
I do not do any pelvic care during a first session. This work must be paced to build trust and true consent in the body. Intra-pelvic care is offered at minimum after the first session, if not after many sessions.
For most pelvic concerns, it is paramount to address blood flow and lifting of the abdominal organs and uterus FIRST, prior to any intra-pelvic work.
-
Yes. I recommend investing in bodywork during your preconception phase for several months while actively trying NOT to conceive, especially if you’ve just stopped hormonal or long-acting contraception.
However, if you are actively trying to conceive please schedule your sessions prior to ovulation, and avoid sessions between ovulation and potential pregnancy or bleed.
-
I do not work with those who are in any stage of their first trimester. You may schedule yourself back into care starting between 15-20 weeks.
Immediately after a vaginal birth.
Wait at least 10-12 weeks following a caesarean section.
First 40 days in-home postpartum care can be booked immediately following a vaginal or cesarean birth.
-
Yes. You may book into care once you have a confirmed miscarriage by ultrasound or immediately following oral medication.
Please wait 2-4 weeks following a D+C.
